LTG Cargo Ukraine with partners develops new intermodal route

Last week, on March 18, LTG Cargo Ukraine team visited Kiev and signed a Memorandum of cooperation on the International Intermodal route: Port Karasu (Turkey) – Port Chornomorsk (Ukraine) – Vilnius / Kaunas / Port Klaipeda (Lithuania) / Kaunas – Bialystok (Poland). The main purpose of the Memorandum is to transport semi-trailers by rail on the specified route. The signatories to the Memorandum committed to create appropriate conditions for the transport of semi-trailers and to attract transit flows from Turkey to the Scandinavian countries and back.

The memorandum was signed by LTG Cargo Ukraine, JSC Ukrainian Railway Branch, Center of transport service Liski and the transport and logistics companies Ukrferry and FerryPlus.
