LTG Cargo Ukraine LLC entered into an agreement with LDz Cargo, Latvia’s national rail carrier

On 16 November this year, LTG Cargo Ukraine LLC entered into an agreement with LDz Cargo, Latvia’s national rail carrier. Freight transportation from Ukraine has recently been the focus of interest of the Latvian railway market participants. With a view to increase freight flows from Ukraine to and in transit through Lithuania, a cooperation agreement has been signed to allow expanding the geographical operating presence of LTG Cargo Ukraine LLC in the Baltic states. The issue of the return of wagons through the territory of Poland is also seen as relevant for Latvian railway companies.
