Meeting on the logistics chain connecting Ukraine and Lithuania

 This week, LTG Cargo Ukraine team had the privilege of meeting with Andrii Smorodin, the Head of the “Ukrainian Association of Transport Infrastructure Innovations” and representatives from the renowned rolling stock manufacturer “ELPO“.

The discussion encompassed several key topics of significance, including the intricacies of the logistics chain connecting Ukraine and Lithuania. Of particular interest was the import and export of grain crops to the ports of the Baltic countries. Equally noteworthy was the exploration of the supply of railway rolling stock components, with a specific focus on the electronics segment, destined for the Baltic countries.

ELPO’s representatives demonstrated their commitment to addressing market demands in the Baltic states, assuring their capability to manufacture and deliver electronic components. In recognition of the evolving landscape, it was agreed that the product catalog would adapt to meet the needs of Lithuania.
