Working group meeting on Klaipėda-Kyiv railway route

The establishment of a regular train route between Klaipėda and Kyiv was discussed by a working group of representatives of LTG Cargo, LTG Cargo Ukraine and Ukrainian Railways Cargo Poland in Warsaw.

We meticulously reviewed the train schedule, border crossing procedures between Ukraine and Poland, and terminal services. We also delved into analyzing the import, export, and transit cargo base, alongside competitive pricing strategies.

This new service will be highly relevant in the market, as it is crucial for our clients and partners to know when their shipments will reach the designated cargo terminals. This will aid in optimizing and effectively planning their logistics processes.

International intermodal route Klaipėda-Kyiv will serve as an efficient transport corridor between Lithuania and Ukraine, leveraging the potential of railways, port terminals, and border crossing points.
